We believe that data has a great unifying influence by which coalitions are built, stakeholders are convened, and strategic development is informed. By increasing accountability, demonstrating and measuring impact, and optimizing operational workflow to better make use of limited resources, a robust and strategic data and analytic plan can support and extend the reach of fund development efforts, strategic partnerships, and lead to stronger, more effective organizations and efforts.
We want your organization to be successful. We want your programs to reach a wider audience and have a bigger impact. We want to see your development efforts soar. We believe a strong evaluation strategy can help. Unfortunately, research and evaluation services are often cost prohibitive for many small organizations. That's where we come in.
Connected Insights will work with your organization to identify affordable and accessible ways you can begin to collect and use data. We can help you measure the impact organizations have on the communities they serve, standardize your data collection efforts, and align common metrics across sectors in order to provide an environment for inter-organization strategic development and reporting, programming, collaboration and advocacy.

Areas of Focus
The National Academy of Public Administration defines the term as “The fair, just and equitable distribution of public services and implementation of public policy; and the commitment to promote fairness, justice, and equity in the formation of public policy. Unfortunately, sometimes public services and policy isn't delivered fairly. This is when metrics proving this is helpful in making a case. This is where we come in.
For most of us, the internet, software, and technology are so pervasive that we can’t remember ever having lived without them. They make some lives simpler, but for many others, they represent a barrier to full participation in our increasingly online world. To remove the barriers of cost, training, and access, community advocates need financial support to support programming that addresses the barriers to adoption and close the digital divide.
Connected Insights is a trusted source of data in this field and can provide you with the data you need to submit your request in confidence.
Social and Economic Impact
Our world is becoming increasingly interconnected. Being able to better understand how local and national policy, community development, and social programming have an economic impact on residents of neighborhoods, communities, and cities is an important task for creating stronger, smarter and more competitive communities. We will use quantitative and qualitative methodologies paired with market research to look at output, value-add and employment impacts.
